आपण केलेले सर्व बदल तातडीने तपासून पहावेत. सर्व पुस्तकांची अनुक्रमणिका पाने बिघडली आहेत. उदा. लो. टिळकांचे केसरीतील लेख,इचलकरंजी संस्थानाचा इतिहास, छन्दोरचना इ. आता संपादन करता येते, पण पूर्वी नीट दिसणाऱ्या अनुक्रमणिका का दिसत नाहीत? मला वाटते, आपण बेसिक मीडियाविकी बदल करण्यापूर्वी अनुभवी संपादकांचे मार्गदर्शन घ्यावे ही नम्र विनंती.

तपासणी करायचे साहित्य

या वर्गात प्रत्येक पान वेगळे दिसत असल्याने लांबलचक यादी होते. यामुळे हवे ते पुस्तक लगेच शोधता येत नाही. येथे सर्व पुस्तकांची यादी दिसेल असे करावे असे वाटते.

Proofread categories

Hi,

I am writing to you as you seem to be an active admin and in context of this bug report.

I noticed that this wiki is missing proofread categories, like:

• वर्ग:प्रमाणित
• वर्ग:मुद्रितशोधन
• वर्ग:मजकुराविना

used to catedorize pages by proofread status. And वर्ग:तपासणी करायचे साहित्य has no master category. Maybe, it is worth to create them and make subcats of a single master category?

I also notised some inconsistencies concerning page numbering, eg: in अनुक्रमणिका:The History of Antiochus Epiphanes or the Institution of the Feast of Dedication.pdf some pages use Indiv-Devanagari numerals, while few others use Western-Arabic numerals. Any reason for that?

जाई निंबकर यांनी अपलोड केलेली कॉमन्स वरील पुस्तके

नमस्कार, मी एका महत्वाच्या कामाकडे आपले लक्ष वेधू इच्छितो. जाई निंबकर या इरावती कर्वे यांच्या कन्या असून त्यांच्याकडे प्रताधिकार होते. त्यांनी भोवरा,गंगाजल,युगांत,आमची संस्कृती,संस्कृती,परिपूर्ती ही पुस्तके प्रताधिकारमुक्त करून अपलोड केली आहेत.त्याला बरेच दिवस झाले. ही पुस्तके ओसिआर होवून विकिस्रोतवर आली आहेत. पण कॉमन्सवर अजून OTRS pending आहे. तरी यात लक्ष घालून प्रक्रिया पूर्ण करावी ही विनंती.

Indic Wikisource Proofreadthon

Hello,

As COVID-19 has forced the Wikimedia communities to stay at home and like many other affiliates, CIS-A2K has decided to suspend all offline activities till 15th September 2020 (or till further notice). I present to you for an online training session for future coming months. The CIS-A2K have conducted a Online Indic Wikisource Proofreadthon to enrich our Indian classic literature in digital format.

WHAT DO YOU NEED

• Booklist: a collection of books to be proofread. Kindly help us to find some classical literature your language. The book should not be available in any third party website with Unicode formatted text. Please collect the books and add our event page book list.

• Participants: Kindly sign your name at Participants section if you wish to participate this event.

• Reviewer: Kindly promote yourself as administrator/reviewer of this proofreadthon and add your proposal here. The administrator/reviewers could participate in this Proofreadthon.

• Some social media coverage: I would request to all Indic Wikisource community member, please spread the news to all social media channel, we always try to convince it your Wikipedia/Wikisource to use their SiteNotice. Of course, you must also use your own Wikisource site notice.

• Some awards: There may be some award/prize given by CIS-A2K.

• Please refrain from, marking pages validated without examining them, I have seen that you have marked dozons of pages from E-Book 100 Common Birds in Maharashtra Marathi (2).pdf and like this which have italics text in it's source, which is absent from the proofread-ed text, So until unless we make it exactly look a like, or something like this, [Special:Diff/79001] So, please don't mark it as validated and importantly.
• This would put extra pressure on all of us who are seriously working on the content, as we will have to scrutinize your edits for such edits too.

I did not term your all of your edits as vandalism, nor I am implying that you are not serious about edits, I am just suggesting that, please take care while marking pages as VALIDATED, as when you mark it as VALIDATED that means the page has no issues, and if it's happening on dozons of pages then it's a serious issue (in the case of book it has happened on several pages E-Book 100 Common Birds in Maharashtra Marathi (2).pdf ), and we don't want to compromise on the quality. because of the amount of time other editors have spent on the proofreading. I didn't mean to offend you by any means, If you felt so, I am extremely sorry for that. And thanks for the links, I will definitely review those again.
