रसिक भक्त आहेत. त्यांनी कवीचा आशय सांगतांना शेवटल्या आंग- ज्यांच्या गोष्टीस टाळा दिला आहे हें खरें. तथापि तीतही कवीचा आशय कसा प्रतिबिंचित झालला आहे हे दाखविण्याचा यत्न आह्मीं वर केला आहे. हं चाणक्ष वाचकांच्या लक्षांत येईलच. त्यांचा ह्यणण्या- चा समग्र आशय एका इंग्रज ग्रंथकाराने इंग्रजी भाषेत थोडक्यांत आ- णिला आहे. तोच इंग्रजी भाषा जाणणारांसाठी येथे देतो:-- " • Throughout many of Shikspere's plays, the lead- ing fundamental idea, concentrated in itself, is inten- tionally hidden.--- But there are sufficient intimations of the meaning of the whole seattered throughout; so that whoever has in some degree penetrated into the depths of the Shaksperean art cannot well go wrong.
