It seems that Dattatraya Kamalakar Dixit has commenced very recently the business of house agent and supplier of things such as furniture, beds, &c. We had a little of order with him this season, but we would be willing to entrust him with any such business hereafter as we know him since these seven years.

Dattatraya Kamalakar Dixit seems to me to be a faithful and honest agent. He has, it seems, very recently started the agency of supplying houses and bungalows, which he does in my opinion, at a much cheaper price, than other two Europeans. I wish that every native and especially a Hindu must give the agency of his bungalow to this man. He also supplies furniture of every sort and also carriages for Season to much advantage.

I am very glad to state that Dattatraya Kamalakar the house agent at Mahableshwar is a very obliging and useful gentleman. He has been of great use to me last and this year in procuring house accomodation and other conveniences. And the feature in his character is that he does all things in an honest and straightforward way.
