[ १२२ ] दुर्गोंजी अहिरराव हवालदार व कारकून किल्ले लोहगड यांस सनद की रुस्तुमराव किल्ले मजकूर अटकेत ठेवावयाशी पाठविले आहे. त्यास किल्ल्यावर मोकळेइ. स. १७५५-५६. मित न ठेवून रखवाली करणे. कड्यावरून उडी टाकील अथवा वीष खाईल, ब्राह्मणाचा मया व अलफ. विचार आतताईपणा करुं लागेल तर करूं न देणे. तजवीजीने जतन कसवाल ६. रणे. दररोज तांदूळ व नागली मिळोन पोटास कैली ४४१ एक शेर प्रमाणे देऊन ब्राह्मणाकडून पोटास घालवीत जाणे ह्मणोन सनद. १. [१२३] मुजफरखानाकडील गोविंदराव आपाजी किल्ले चांदवड येथें कैर्दैत आहेत. त्याचे .. कुटुंब सीरे येथे आहे. त्याच्या दोघी कन्या उपवर आहेत. एक दाह' इ. स. १७६०-६१. इहि सितन वर्षांची व एक अकरा वर्षांची आहे. यंदा लग्न जरूर झाले पाहिज.. मया व अलफ. राहतां कामास नये. मशारनिल्हेची आई व बहीण दहा महिने. अन्न घेत नाही. कुटुंबी सोळा माणसे आहेत. तितक्यांस अन्नवस्त्र पुरत नाही. येविशी आज्ञा करावी ह्यणून मशारानिल्हेचे बंधु अण्णाजी अप्पाजी यानीं विनंति केली. त्यावरून हे पत्र तुझांस सादर केले असे. तरी गोविंदराव आपाजी याच्या दोघी मुली व बायका माणसें भाऊबंद सदरहू सोळा असामी कैदेत आहेत ती सोडून देणे. याशिवाय कोणी अटकेत ठेविली असतील तीही सोडणे, व त्याच्या घरच्या ऐवजापैकी एक हजार रुपयांची वस्तवाना दोघी मुलींच्या लग्नाबद्दल देणे ह्मणोन लक्ष्मण हरी कमाविसदार परगणे. सारे यात चिटनिशी पत्र १. सफर ८. h act.. He was to be allowed a seer of rice and nagli, and his food was to be prepared by a Brahmin. His 2 daughters have reached the marriageable age, one being 10 years old, and the other 11 years. The marriages ought to be performed this year, and can not be postponed. The mother and sister of the said Govindrao have given up food for 10 months. There are in all 16 persons in the family, and they are suffering from insufficiency of food and clothing. Govindrao's brother, Annaji Appaji has brought these facts to the notice of Government. This letter is therefore written to authorize you to set at liberty the two daughters of Govindrao, bis brother, his female and other relations numbering 16, and also any others who may be in confinement. You should pay out of the family estate of the said person, ornaments &c., wortb Rs. 1000 for the marriages of the two daughters.
