[ १२१ ] मलका कामाठी जमात लिंगा दिमत तिमण्णा हा शिवाजी कृष्ण याजबरोबर पेशजी पुण्यास आला होता, त्यास सरकारचा ऐवज मशारनिल्हेचे घरीं होइ. स. १७५४-५५. खमस खमता . त्यापैकी रुपये ८३२ आठशे बत्तीस घेऊन पळोन गेला. याजकरितां लक. लिंगामजकूरास बंदीत घातला. मलका पळोन गेला. त्याचे ठिकाण नाही. लिंगा मजकुरास तगादा केला. परंतु द्यावयास ताकद नाही. त्याजवरून चिरंजीव राजश्री माधवराव याचे लग्न समयीं बटी खलास (?) केला. ते समयीं लिंगा मजकुरास पाठश बत्तीस रुपये माफ करून सोडला असे. तरी लिंगा मजकुरास तगादा न लावणे. आठों बत्तीस रुपये माफ खर्च लिहिणे ह्मणोन येवजी लोहट हवालदार व कारकून किल्ले विसापुर यांस सवाल २१. सनद १. ( 120.) A letter to Bahirji Balkawade. There is a family dispute between Mahipatrao Badhe and Sayajirao Badhe. Mabipatrao is thereA. Malaka Kamati belonging to the band of Linga under the command of Timanna, had previously come to Poona with Siwaji Krishna A. D. 1854-55. While there he stole Rs. 832 of Government which were in the possession of the said person, and absconded, Linga was therefore not in confinement. Malaka who had absconded is not to be found. nga was pressed for payment, but ntbut to no effect. He was released from prison. along with other prisoners on the occasion of the celebration of Madhavrao's marriaga and the amount due from him was remitted.
