[८८ ] लालानाईक वणजारा याने विदित केलें की आपण बैलांचे तांडियासमेत परगणे उलपाड प्रांत गुजराथ येथून भरून येत असतां डोंगरा वसावा व बाबल्या इ. स. १७५३-५४. आर्वा खमसेन वसावा भुमी याणे आपल्याशी लबाडी करून जोरावरीने रुपये ४००० चार हजार व हवाला रुपये १५०० दीड हजार असे साडे पांच हजार घेतले आहेत. त्यास साहेबी कृपाळू होऊन भुमे मजकुरांस ताकीद करून सदरील रुपये त्यांजपासून घ्यावे. पैकी चौथाई सरकारांत घेऊन बाकी ऐवज मजला देववावा ह्मणून. त्याजवरून पत्र लिहिले असे. तरी तुझी भुमे मजकुरांस ताकीद करून वणजारा मजकुराच रुपये त्याणे घेतले असतील, ते वाजवी मनास आणून उगवून घेणे, पैकी सरकारची चौथाई घेऊन सरकारचे हिशेबी जमा करणे बाकी ऐवज वणजारेमजकुरांस देणे. या कामास ढालाईत सरकारचे पाठविले आहेत, यांचे विद्यमाने वणजारे याचे रुपयांचा निकाल करून देणे ह्मणोन पत्रे: १ महिपतराव कवडे यांस. १ जनार्दन अनंत दिमत नारो बल्लाळ कमाविसदार परगणे नंदुरबार मोंगलाई अंमल यास. १ आपाजी गणेश यांस.
