[९] मल्हार मकंद कमाविसदार परगणे वरवल वगैरे महाल यांस सनद की दोघे भने । माणस राजश्री रघोजी भोसले यांच्या लष्करांत चाकरीस गेले होते. तेथे . कोणाकडे चाकरीस होते, त्यांस तलबेचे रुपये त्याने न दिल्हे, सबब मया व अलफ. त्यांचा घोडा चोरून आणिला. मौजे गोखरी परगणे लातूर येथे आले. रजब ९. 5. दो येकांत येक भांडो लागले. सबब घोडा अटक करून सरकारांत घेतला. घोडा दोन अडीचशे रुपयांचा माल आहे. दोघे श्रमी होऊ लागले ह्मणोन पन्नास रुपये पास कबूल केले आहेत. पन्नास रुपये द्यावयाची आज्ञा केली पाहिजे ह्मणोन तह्मी विहित " त्यावरून पन्नास रुपये त्या दोघांस द्यावयाची आज्ञा केली असे. ५० पन्नास रुपये देणे उलास मजुरा असेत. सदरील घोडा तुह्माजवळ आहे, तो हुजूर पाठवून देणे आणि कबज घेणे लोन छ. २६ जिल्हेज सनद १. 4 Thefts and Robberies.
