" जाऊन जोशाकडून पाणी आणविले. तोपर्यंत कुळकर्णी मेला. मग गांवकरी यांणी प्रेत तसेंच बांधन पंत प्रतिनिधीकडे नेले. त्यांणी दहन करण्यास हुकूम दिला. व मयताचे मुलास जमीन इनाम दिली. ( त्याचे नांव बाबाजी मखाजी क्षीरसागर ) इनामपत्रे दिली माहात; : सबब पेशव्यांचे लष्कर स्वारीहून आले त्यावेळी बाबाजी तेथें दाद मागण्यास आला प्रतिनिधी पेशव्यांचे भेटीस आले होते. त्यांणी परत जा ह्मणून पत्रे देऊ असे सांगून वाट लावलें. मागून महिना पंधरा दिवसांत प्रतिनिधी वारले. सबब पेशव्यांनी इनाम जमीनीचे पत्र करून दिलें. १ शिवाय छ० १७ खुनाबद्दल १००० रुपये घासदाणीयाचे ऐवजी मजुरा घेण्याचा हकम झाला. [७२ ] नारो बाबाजी नामजाद परगणे नेवासें वगैरे महाल यास सनद की कसबें टोकळ येथील पाटील वाघ व काशी पांड्या यांणी जयरामकृष्ण याचा कनोजिया इ. स. १७५३-५४. खमस बमसेन ब्राह्मण कसबें मजकुरच्या महाराकडून जीवे मारविला. त्यास पांड्या व मया व अलफ. पाटील यांचे पारिपत्य हुजुरून जाहले. ज्या माहाराच्या हातून ब्राह्मणाचा लाखर २. खन जाहला आहे तो महार गैरहजीर जाहला आहे. ऐशियास त्या महा the o the grant in Inam ( to the above relative ) of one Chahur of good land. Sanads ere not however granted and Babaji came to the Peshwa's camp to seek redress. ne Pratinidhi was at that time in camp on a visit to the Peshwa, and he promised Dabaji that sapads would be issued and induced him to go back. Within a month uiter this the Pratinidhi died, and the promised Sanad remained to be issued.
