Administration of Justice, (a) Civil. १९ [ २९ ] नरहर लक्ष्मणराव यांस पत्र की, भानजी काळे व सुभानजी शिंदे वस्ती मौजे देऊळगांव गाडा तर्फ पाटस यांचे कर्ज परगणे शेवगांव येथे इ. स. १७५०-५१. इहिदे खमसेन आहे. त्यास, पूर्वी तुह्मास पत्र सादर केले की, वाजवी कर्ज मया व अलफ. वसूल करून देऊन सरकारची चौथाई घेऊन हुजूर पाठवणे मोहरम २४. ह्मणोन लिहिले. त्यास तुझीं जाबसाल केला की, पाऊसपाणी जाहल्यावर वसूल करून देऊं ह्मणोन सांगितले. त्यावरून हल्ली हे पत्र सादर केले असे. तरी खताप्रमाणे रुपये वसूल करून देऊन सरकारची चौथाई घेऊन हुजूर पाठविणे ह्मणोन पत्र १.
