[२१] माणको नारायण व याचे भाऊबंद कुळकर्णी कसबे महालुंगे तर्फ मजकूर प्रांत जुन्नर यांजकडे रा. मोरो बल्लाळ यांचे कर्ज येणें तें वारून इ. स. १७५०-५१ इहिदे खमसेन देत नाहीत; यास्तव कसबे मजकूरचे कुळकर्ण सरकारांतून मया व अलफ. जप्त करून त्याची गमास्तगिरी धोंडो विश्वनाथ यास सांगितली रजब २९ ___ असे. तरी याचे हातें कुळकर्णाचे कामकाज घेऊन हक्क लवाजिमे असतील ते मशारनिल्हेकडे चालवणे ह्मणोन मोकदम कसबे मजकुर याचे नांवें सनद १. ० -५ ___धोंडो विश्वनाथ यास सनद की सदरहू कुळकर्णाची गुमास्तगिरी तुझांस सांगितली असे. तरी कुळकर्णाचे काम करून हक्क लवाजिमे उत्पन्न होईल ते रा. मारो बल्लाळ यांजकडे देत जाणे ह्मणोन सनद १. [२२] काशीवा बोरगुडे व कानडे यांचा देशमुखीचा कजिया आहे, सबब प्रांत .. मजकूरची देशमुखी अमानत करून सरकारांत ठेविली असे. तरी इहिदे खमसेन देशमुखीचा कजिया विल्हेस लागतोपावेतों देशमुखीचा हकदक मया व अलफ. मानपान जुन्या देशमुखाकडे न देणे. देशमुखीचे मानपान हकदक कुल साबान ५ राजश्री अंताजी मल्हार सुभेदार प्रांत गंगथडी यांजकडे देत जाणे, ह्मणोन मोकदम देहाय प्रांत चांदवड यांस पत्र. येविशीं अंताजी मल्हार यांस पत्र की परगणे मजकूरची देशमुखी अमानत केली असे, तरी परगणे मजकूरची देशमुखी अमानत करून देशमुखीचे गुमास्तगिरीस एक कारकून पाठवून देशमुखीचे मानपान हकदक कुल जप्त करून सरकारचे हिशेबी जमा धरणे ह्मणोन सनद १. ( 21 ) A Sanad issued to Mokadams of Kasba Mahalunga of the said Tarf in Prant Junnar to the following effect: Manko Narayan and his A. D.1750-51. 1. brethren, Kulkarnis of the said village, owe debt to Moro Ballal, which they do not liquidate. The Watan of Kulkarni is therefore placed under attachment and Dhondo Vishwanath is appointed as deputy. You should take service from him, and continue to him the perquisites appertaining to the said Watan. ( 22 ) A letter addressed to the Mokadams of villages in Pargana Chandwad to the following effect :--There exists a dispute between Kasiba A. D. 1750-51. Borguda on the one side, and Kanada on the other. regarding the Deshmukhi watan of the said Pargana. The said Deshmukhi watan is therefore placed under attachment; it is directed that pending final settlement of the dispute the proceeds of the said watan, including the rights and privileges appertaining thereto should not be paid to the old Deshmuloh but to Antaji Malhar Subhedar, of Prant Gangthadi.
