७. न्याय खाते ( अ ) दिवाणी.-7. Administration of Justice (a) Civil. ५ [१०] दस पाटील बिन येस पाटील सातकर मोकदम कसबे खेड तर्फ मजकूर प्रांत जुन्नर याणे कतबा लिहून दिल्हा की, कसबे मजकूरची निमे मोकदमी इ. स. १७४८-४९ तिस्सा अर्वेन आपली आहे. वडील घर आपलें असतां धाकटा चुलत भाऊ मया व अलफ. सुलतानजी पाटील सातकर वगवशिलीयाचे बलात्कारें मोकदमी जिलकाद २२ करितो. याजकरितां पांढरीचे साक्षीनिशी गोत न्यायें आपला वाजवी इनसाफ करावा. त्याजवरून साहेबी आज्ञा केली की, वाजवी इनसाफ करून याजकरितां नजर कबूल केली. सन हजार ११५८ नक्त रुपये १०० १ एक हजार एक रुपाया. याशी वायदेबंदी मार्गेश्वर अखेर ५०० रुपये. पौष अखेर ५०१. एकूण एक हजार एक रुपाया सदरहू मुदतीप्रमाणे वसुल देऊ. न देऊं तर दिवाणचे गुन्हेगार असा कतबा लिहून दिला असे. १ [११] नानाजी गोविंद व भानाजी गोविंद कुलकर्णी मौजे आणे तर्फ बेल्हें व मौजे राहरी तर्फ आले यांणी कतबा लिहून दिल्हा ऐसाजे की, आ बाज इ. स. १७४८-४९ तिस्सा अ.न गोविंद कुळकर्णी मौजे फाकटे तर्फ पाबल प्रांत जुन्नर याचा बाप मया व अलफ. गोविंद विठ्ठल मौजे लोणी तर्फ पाबल येथे खंडो शिवदेव कुळकर्णी जिल्हेज १७ याचे वाड्यांत सुखवस्तु राहत होता. त्याने आपली ठेवी घरांत मोहरा ७९१ सातशे एक्याणव व रुपये ३६०० छत्तीसशे ठेविल होते. त्यास गोविंद विठ्ठल साल गुदस्त आपले लेकीचे लग्न करावयास आपले वतनी गांवास गेला, तेथे लग्न केले आणि माहिती पधरा राजान मृत्यु पावला. त्या दिवसांत खंडो शिवदेव याणीं मशारनिल्हेच ठेवीपैकी पोल १७५ पावणे दोनशे व रुपये २०० दोनशे येणे प्रमाणे अभिलाष करून नाकबूल गेला. त्याजवरून आबाजी गोविंद याची आई हुजूर फिर्याद आली. त्यावरून खंडो शिवदेव यास हजर in mar ( 10 ) A Patil of the Satkar family of Kasba Khed in Prant Junner complain ed that his cousin of the younger branch was forcibly enjoying A. An inquiry was made, and Khando was made to return the amount appropriated by him. One-fo of the amount appropriated, was credited to Government as usual, and as a vind Vithal's son Abaji being a minor it shoud be the rest. it was ordered that Govind Vithal's son Abaji being a minor it .
