In my application I demanded on ground reports from every state regarding the implementation and the number of girls, government supervision on companies which produce sonography machines, policy decision should be taken for the use of these machines, there should be a limit set to the number of machines to be used as per the population of that area, Judiciary should also overlook the usage of these machines, and the crimes registered under the act to be judged within a year. On the basis of this judgement, a high court committee overlooks the law implementation process. We were continuously learning more things regarding child marriages and our work in Jalna' taught us many aspects about it. Talukas of 'Bhokardan, Ambad and Badnapur had a 70% rate of Child Marriages. Also in Khultabad Taluka, the number of women dying during pregnancy was the highest and the major reason behind it was child marriage.
