One more staggering fact came to light when we got to know that these clinics didn't actually have sonography machines but they were merely working as agents to send patients to 'Beed' or 'Parali'. Agent business was flourishing in 'Shirur-kasara'. Again the challenge was completely different from the past challenges that we faced.
