The teachers from every school gather information about how many people from the village have gone for cutting sugarcane, how many students have gone with their parents and how many have stayed back. In reality, not allowing students to go for sugarcane cutting, brining that back those students in school who have gone and taking care of students do not getting out of the school, are the responsibilities of the school management committee and head of the village.
