11 Sometimes the problem that we see is only the tip of an iceberg. The real problem lies in the water beneath and to understand it we need to jump into the water. The same thing happened to us. From the issue related to sex determination tests of fetus we reached up to the child marriage issue, but to understand the roots of the problem we needed to understand the pattern of society. Need for something enables a person to do things, from which problems occur. Problems of girls from Shisur Kasar were like this only. Every year these girls used to migrate according to the season. On their way to back home they will be unsafe, was the biggest fear of parents. Instead of that not having daughters at all or if that happens they should be sent to "their home" as early as possible, was the mentality formed. Then education from girls' lives was automatically removed. Even after that if a certificate is required, then also accurate arrangements were also made easily available. Schools were in the debacle. Who is will to consider the facilities for girls while building a school building? There should be the availability of bus for girls to travel from village to school, how could S. T. Corporation realize this? Girls had become a burden for the system also! After observing the whole situation the only option was left to provide residential education for girls. From the government policy, hostels were built for backward class students. But the girls here were mainly from nomadic tribes.
