See Full.] v. t. to trample or tread down लाथाडणे, (पायाने) तुडविणे.२ to baffle, to frustrate, to render nugatory मोडणें, हारवणे, थकवणे, वाहवणे, लटपटवणे, कुंठित करणे, चालनासा करणे, फुकट दवडणे, चकविणे. ३ to overthrow, to defeat चीत करणे, पाडाव करणे. ४ to Blunt तीव्रता मोडणे; as, To F. scent in a chase." ५ to outdo, surpass (-पेक्षा, -वर) सरशी ताण करणे.
